IT Support Specialist

Tasks

• First point of contact for client technical queries, remotely and on site
• Managing the service queue and deciding what to escalate or close
• Maintaining and improving client infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and security
• Delivering migrations, Intune and SharePoint builds, and Defender rollouts
• SonicWALL firewall, VPN and wireless deployments
• Advising and mentoring clients in plain, user-friendly language

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an MSP environment
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Windows 10/11 deskside support, SonicWALL and networking
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Intune
• Strong client-facing communication and a methodical approach to fault finding
• ITIL Foundation (v4) and AZ-104 are a bonus
• Full class B licence and access to a car

Schedule

• Full-time, 39 hours per week
• Hybrid (3 days a week), with client site visits as required

• €50,000+ depending on experience
