IT Support Specialist - Remote - United States

24 Hours Care is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is vital to maintaining reliable and efficient IT services for users across the United States. The successful candidate will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and enhance overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting support across multiple operating systems.
• Assist users with hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person support.
• Document support requests and monitor resolution progress using the helpdesk system.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications for end users.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing.
• Conduct user training on software applications and IT best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades and new technology installations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with various operating systems.
• Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant IT support certifications are a plus.

This position involves close collaboration with IT management, support staff, and other departments to ensure seamless IT operations. The IT Support Specialist reports to the IT Manager and may coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
