This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on IT Operations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting end users in a fast-paced international environment.As the primary IT support resource for our Santiago office, you'll work closely with colleagues across Chile, Cyprus and Dubai, helping ensure our local infrastructure and day-to-day operations continue to run efficiently.

What You'll DoAs an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining office IT infrastructure, end-user environments and operational systems to ensure stable and efficient day-to-day operations.This is a highly hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, infrastructure support, user support and operational continuity across Microsoft environments, networking infrastructure, cloud services and collaboration platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support for the Santiago office and its usersTroubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, software and connectivity issuesAdminister Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servicesManage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environmentsSupport networking infrastructure, including switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi and FortiGate firewallsProvide technical support to internal users and resolve operational issues efficientlyCoordinate with vendors and global IT teams to resolve infrastructure incidentsMaintain technical documentation and operational proceduresSupport office IT projects, infrastructure upgrades and office expansion initiativesPromote IT security best practices across daily operationsWork independently to prioritize and resolve day-to-day IT issues with minimal supervision
What We're Looking ForRequired
Qualifications3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration or Infrastructure SupportStrong Windows support and troubleshooting skillsHands-on experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCPExperience managing Microsoft 365 and Google WorkspaceSolid understanding of networking fundamentals, including switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi and firewall troubleshootingHands-on experience administering and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls (mandatory)Experience supporting end-user environments and office IT infrastructureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProfessional English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatoryExcellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindsetNice to HaveAWS and/or Azure experiencePowerShell scriptingVMware or Hyper-V experienceITIL certificationMicrosoft, Fortinet or AWS certifications
