Job description
Join MRCC as a Part-Time IT Technician in Miramar Beach, Florida, and be an essential part of our technology support team. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, support employees and clients, and assist with network administration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across multiple systems.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person to employees and clients.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with network administration to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and migration projects as needed.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology improvements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma required; relevant hands-on experience essential.
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and IT support processes.
- Familiarity with common operating systems and productivity software.
- Preferred: 2+ years experience in an IT support role.
