Job description
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end L1/L2/L3 application support operations
- Manage incident triage, escalations, and problem resolution
- Track SLAs, MTTA, MTTR, and operational KPIs
- Drive proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement
- Lead offshore support teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Maintain operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and reporting
Requirements
- Strong Lead-Level Application Support Experience Required
- Java / Groovy
- React / Vue.js
- Dynatrace, Humio amp; Grafana
- ServiceNow – ITSM, Ticketing amp; SLA Management
- UC4 Automic Job Scheduling amp; Orchestration
- Application Monitoring, Troubleshooting amp; Log Analysis
- Incident Management, Problem Management amp; Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Database amp; Application Integration Support
