Job description
Tasks
- Design scalable solutions aligned with business and technology priorities.
- Lead architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving amp; implementation guidance.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs and recommend effective solutions.
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, technology, and business teams.
Requirements
- LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
- 12–15 Years
- H1B, H4 EAD
- 12–15 years of strong Java Architecture amp; Development experience.
- Expert hands-on experience with Java 17+.
- Strong knowledge of Java Concurrency, Lambda Expressions amp; Functional Programming.
- Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot amp; Spring Cloud.
- Strong SQL skills with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
