Tasks
- Lead technical delivery and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Support PI/Sprint planning, user story refinement, and technical estimations.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solution delivery.
- Manage production incidents, RCA, monitoring, and SLA/KPI adherence.
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
