About the role

Lead preventive management and ensure compliance with safety standards in electrical sector projects.

Requirements

• Licensed professional in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SSOMA management, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Proven experience leading SSOMA teams and supervising field activities.
• Experience in electrical projects, transmission lines, substations, electrical maintenance, or electromechanical installations.
• Knowledge of Peruvian Occupational Health and Safety regulations and environmental management.
• Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment (IPERC), ATS, high-risk work permits, and incident and accident investigation.
• Training or certification accredited in the following standards and regulations is required: ASME B30.5: Mobile cranes; ASME B30.9: Slings; ASME B30.26: Load rigging accessories; ANSI/ASSP Z359: Fall protection; NFPA 70E: Electrical safety in the workplace; 29 CFR 1926, Subpart AA: Confined spaces in construction; 29 CFR 1926, Subpart J: Welding and cutting; 29 CFR 1926, Subpart P: Excavations.
• Instructor certified by the National Safety Council (NSC).
