Job description
PARA LIDERAR Y COORDINAR TODAS LAS OPERACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO DE UNA EMPRESA MADERERA Y AFINES, ASEGURANDO EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS OBJETIVOS DEL AREA, CALIDAD, SEGURIDAD Y EFICIENCIA.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
1. Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo
2. Coordinar la atención oportuna de fallas y averías, priorizando la continuidad operativa.
3. Elaborar y gestionar presupuestos anuales de mantenimiento, optimizando recursos sin comprometer la seguridad y calidad.
4. Dirigir, motivar y supervisar a los equipos técnicos de mantenimiento (mecánicos, eléctricos, lubricadores) en las áreas operativas
5. Supervisar contratos de servicios especializados y servicios técnicos.
REQUISITOS
• Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánico, Eléctrico, Electromecánico
• Experiencia de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo de mantenimiento (pref. industria maderera)
• Habilidades de conducción de equipos y comunicación efectiva, trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones rápidas
