Tasks
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Jira-based intake and automation solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ Years
- Strong expertise in Jira Administration, Workflows, Custom Fields, Permissions amp; Dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Jira Automation, approvals, routing, notifications amp; escalations
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, HTTP integrations, and external system connectivity
- Knowledge of Python and/or Java scripting for custom automation solutions
- Preferred: Jira Service Management (JSM), ScriptRunner, and Agile/Scrum environments
