Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jira Expert Technician at Map Soluciones located in Alajuela. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing and optimizing Jira projects, workflows, and configurations. The Jira Expert Technician will also provide technical support, user training, and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.
