Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using effective problem-solving techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain high standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate project progress and issues clearly with clients.
• Document work performed and assist in the commissioning of electrical systems.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Delaware Journeyman Electrician license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

This role involves close collaboration with electricians, project managers, and clients to ensure all electrical work meets project specifications and deadlines. The successful candidate will report to the lead electrician or project manager and use common electrical tools including testing instruments, hand tools, and power tools.
