Requirements

• Journeyperson electrician certification - strong 4th year apprentice candidates will also be considered
• Previous experience managing and leading teams
• A proven track record in residential electrical work
• Experience with service upgrades, rewires, renovations, and residential installations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
• A team-player attitude and the ability to lead by example
