Jr. Accounts Payable Analyst

The Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable main functions record and process Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local Requirements; Support on information requested by Internal and External Auditors. Support on information requested by the team.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and record Invoices in accordance with Company’s PoliciesReview the authorization to the service/products in accordance with the Corporate/Local Matrix.Support on requested information with internal and external auditors and SOX requirements.Follow up on Service Partnership agreements.
Requirements:
Skills:Desired ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and Word)Communication skillsFlexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolveLanguages:Basic to medium level of EnglishExperience:Desire experience in Accounts Payable.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related work experience.
