Responsibilities
- Record transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/PFRS).
- Handle account reconciliations, variance analysis, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and tax reconciliation.
- Perform initial reviews of simple financial reports and reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and management reports.
- Strengthen technical competencies, apply analytical and research insights, and stay updated on IFRS/PFRS and tax regulations.
- Participate in special projects involving internal controls, compliance, and accounting improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
- CPA certification preferred, with willingness to pursue certification.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or management consulting.
- Ability to independently review basic financial reports and reconciliations.
