Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• CPA c a nd preferred (with willingness to pursue certification)
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or management consulting
• Ability to independently review basic financial reports & reconciliations

What You'll Experience
• Record transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/PRFS)
• Handle account reconciliations, variance analysis, payroll, AP/AR, and tax reconciliation
• Perform initial reviews of simple financial reports and reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and management reports
• Strengthen technical competencies, apply analytical and research insights, and stay updated on IFRS/PFRS/ tax regulations
• Participate in special projects involving internal controls, compliance, and accounting improvements
