Qualifications
• Architecture graduate or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, CAD, SketchUp & Layout
• Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering
• Proficient in Enscape & Lumion
• Knowledgeable in construction materials and terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mall fit-out / commercial design experience is an advantage

Responsibilities
• Create and update 3D interior and exterior perspectives
• Assist in design development and construction-phase directives
• Coordinate with project/design teams
• Address design concerns and provide practical solutions
• Assist in managing client requirements and expectations
