Junior Bid Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia

Join a medical equipment and device distributor as a Junior Bid Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia. In this full-time, on-site role, you will review and prepare tender documentation and help ensure proposals meet client and public procurement requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender requirements and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare and organize bid documents and proposals according to client needs and submission deadlines.
• Use Bionexo and similar procurement platforms to support the bidding process.
• Apply knowledge of Colombian public procurement, including Law 80 of 1993.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience reviewing and preparing documentation.
• Technologist qualification or current university studies.
• Experience with Bionexo or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Colombian public procurement and Law 80 of 1993.
• Proficiency with office software and tools.
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork skills and a results-oriented approach.

Schedule and compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Salary: COP 1,500,000 per month, plus statutory benefits.
• Work arrangement: On-site in Bogotá, Colombia.
