Junior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering plans using AutoCAD. Participate in project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Support site management efforts by conducting on-site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to complete project phases efficiently. Prepare documentation and reports for project status updates for stakeholders. Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions and improve processes. Engage in continuous learning to understand industry standards and best practices in civil engineering. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software (required) Strong project management and site management skills (preferred) Ability to work effectively within a team (required) Relevant internships or experience in civil engineering projects (preferred) Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations (preferred) Our Junior Civil Engineer will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
