Tasks

• Install, configure, and maintain foundational network hardware, operating systems, and security components.
• Write and maintain basic network automation scripts (Python / Bash) to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Monitor network health, track threshold alerts, and assist with performance tuning.
• Assist with troubleshooting network bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on operational issues.
• Support data and system security procedures, including access controls, monitoring software, and security report generation.
• Prepare system performance reports, maintain network diagrams, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate deployment tasks, track action items, and support low-risk network installation projects.

Requirements

• Local Candidates Only
• 0–2 Years (Entry-Level)
• Active CCNA Certification is strictly required for this position.
• Working knowledge of routing and switching fundamentals, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, subnetting, and signaling.
• Conceptual understanding of network protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP).
• Mandatory Certification: Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python / Bash) for basic automation.
• Foundational awareness of the ITIL framework along with Agile and Waterfall workflows.
• Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business (or 2+ years of relevant practical experience in lieu of a degree).
