Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple teams. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who are looking to build a career in project management. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from initiation to completion.Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.Communicate project updates and progress with internal teams and stakeholders.Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.Support resource planning and task assignments.Help improve project processes and workflow efficiency.Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.RequirementsMust currently reside in Mexico.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; internship or project coordination experience is an advantage.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com is a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.English communication skills are preferred.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.CAPM certification or project management training is an advantage.Experience with project reporting and stakeholder communication.
