KE3: Investment Promotion & PS Engagement Specialist

Tasks

• Design & implement strategies to attract sustainable and socially responsible European investments into Honduras, aligned with EU and Global Gateway priorities
• Identify & promote investment opportunities in sectors such as renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, & green infrastructure
• Facilitate public-private dialogue, B2B matchmaking, forums, & roadshows connecting local & European investors, national institutions, & development banks
• Strengthen Honduran investment promotion agencies & chambers to support green, gender-sensitive, & climate-resilient business ventures
• Support blended finance initiatives with development finance institutions, EU instruments, & local banks to structure de-risked investment opportunities for MSMEs & green sectors

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in international business, economics, finance, investment promotion, international trade, or a directly related field
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus 4 years of proven relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum 10 years required below
• Native proficiency or certified C1 level in both English and Spanish
• At least 10 years of proven professional experience in investment promotion &/or PSD, Foreign Direct Investment attraction, or business facilitation
• Proven professional experience in all 4 fields below, totalling at least 5 years across these f
