Key Account Sales Manager

Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager role at Tismar is a full-time, on-site position based in Guatemala City. The role involves managing and growing relationships with key accounts, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring account performance, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. The Key Account Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and effective issue resolution, while maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activities and account status.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including pipeline management and closing techniques.Candidates should possess solid Key Accounts and Account Management skills for handling strategic clients.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.Candidates should have proven experience in business development, negotiation, and contract management.Candidates should demonstrate analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, and market analysis.Candidates should be proficient in CRM tools and basic office software.Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Candidates should be able to work on-site in Guatemala City and be comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams.
