We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in the USA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes through innovative software solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, making it a vital role within our organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and maintain Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements for supply chain management. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance reliability. Provide technical support and training to end-users on the Kinaxis platform. Develop documentation for system processes and updates to ensure ongoing knowledge sharing. Monitor system performance, conduct regular updates, and propose enhancements. Participate in cross-functional projects collaborating with other teams such as IT, operations, and logistics. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in Kinaxis Rapid Response and associated supply chain principles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with software development and configuration in a supply chain context. Familiarity with industry-standard certifications (e.g., Certified Kinaxis Professional) is a plus. Prior experience working in remote teams. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Kinaxis development or similar roles. The Kinaxis Developer will be working within a dynamic and collaborative team structure that emphasizes open communication and knowledge sharing. You will report directly to the Lead Data Analyst, who oversees the supply chain technology projects. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged, working closely with the logistics and operations teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. This collaboration ensures the development of practical solutions that enhance our supply chain management effectively.
