Job description
The role includes:
• General kitchen preparation and cleaning
• Marinating meat and loading meat onto spit rods
• Learning to cook on a charcoal spit
• Food deliveries
• Customer service and serving at our on-site catering events
Requirements:
• Own reliable car and valid Australian driver’s licence
• Availability Tuesdays and either Thursdays or Fridays, plus weekend work as required
• Friendly, reliable, hardworking, willing to learn
• Fluent English, comfortable dealing with customers
• Comfortable with some heavy lifting
• Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
Salary: Above award rates paid.
