About the role
HR CBNH Hiring is seeking a kitchen helper to assist with daily operations for Chinese dishes and noodle restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the cook with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients for Chinese dishes and noodle restaurant operations, including washing and cutting vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
- Help with food preparation, portioning, and kitchen support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Wash kitchen tools, containers, trays, and equipment when needed.
- Follow kitchen standards, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Perform other kitchen helper duties assigned by the cook or manager.
Requirements
- Experience in cutting, food preparation, and kitchen support is required.
- Must know how to cut vegetables and meat properly.
- Hardworking, a fast learner, responsible, physically fit, and able to work under pressure and stand for long hours.
- Willing to follow standards and instructions, and work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Male applicants preferred.
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience in a Chinese restaurant preferred; Chinese restaurant kitchen experience is an advantage.
- Preferably residing near Parañaque, Pasay, Baclaran, MOA, Aseana, or nearby areas.
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Complete requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and valid NBI Clearance are an advantage.
