Job description
Immediate start available.
We’re looking for someone with previous commercial kitchen experience who is confident with food preparation and cooking and can get on with the job without needing constant supervision.
Duties will include:
• Food preparation and cooking
• Preparing ingredients ready for service
• Batch preparation and portioning
• Maintaining stock and prep levels
• Following recipes and preparation procedures consistently
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Keeping the kitchen organised throughout the day
• Working alongside the evening team during handover
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, efficient and confident working independently in a kitchen environment.
Previous commercial kitchen experience is required. Food hygiene training/certification is preferred.
Schedule: 10am – 6pm; Wednesday – Sunday (40 hours).
