About the role
Hr Reziel is looking for a KOL Specialist to join its growing team and take part in campaigns that connect brands with influencers.
Responsibilities
- Search for, identify, and recruit suitable KOLs and influencers.
- Coordinate with KOLs and maintain good relationships with them.
- Monitor KOL performance and campaign results.
- Assist with campaign coordination and execution.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and management requirements.
- Prepare reports and monitor campaign performance.
Requirements
- Experience in KOL or influencer marketing, recruitment, or management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify suitable KOLs and influencers and build relationships with them.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
