QUALIFICATIONS:
• Korean nationals can speak in English
• Bachelor or undergraduate
• With or without experience in customer service
• Permanent Visa in Ph
• Willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig

Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and training for vendor QA partners.
• Train and certify new Internal Quality Analysts and Vendor Quality Analysts
• Analyze quality trends and provide feedback for improvements.
• Communicate professionally and handle client concerns with tact and courtesy.
• Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Support both short-term and long-term goals of the team or program.
• Ensure alignment in quality standards and Root Cause Analysis, while consistently meeting customer satisfaction targets.
