L2 Database Administrator – Oracle & PostgreSQL

About the role

We are seeking an L2 Database Administrator with expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL to provide 24x7 operational support.

This role requires hands-on experience in production maintenance, backup/recovery, and performance tuning within a secure, compliant environment.

Tasks

• Support production database operations
• Manage backup and recovery processes
• Perform performance monitoring and tuning
• Handle security administration and compliance
• Manage incidents and problems via ServiceNow
• Oversee disaster recovery procedures

Requirements

• L2 level with hands-on Oracle and PostgreSQL experience
• US Citizens Only
• Bachelor's degree
• US Citizenship required
• Hands-on Oracle and PostgreSQL experience
• Experience with Oracle production maintenance
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
• Windows Server and Red Hat Linux experience
• Preferred: Oracle OCP 19c Certification, OCI Database Specialist, ITIL 4, Audit Compliance Experience
