Company is hiring an experienced Lab Technician and Phlebotomist in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role is vital in healthcare, supporting laboratory testing and patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform safe and efficient phlebotomy to collect blood samples from patients. Conduct routine laboratory tests following strict safety and quality protocols. Maintain and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment. Accurately document and report test results to assist in patient health assessments. Provide compassionate patient care by addressing inquiries and ensuring comfort during procedures. Collaborate with medical staff to review test findings and coordinate follow-up actions. Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, organized lab environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Proficient in phlebotomy and laboratory techniques. Strong attention to detail for accurate test results. Excellent patient care and communication skills. 1-3 years of laboratory experience preferred. You will work under the supervision of the lead technician and report directly to the department manager. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff is essential to enhance patient care. Compensation: ₹12,000 per month. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
