Labor Immigration Organizer

The Organizer will work directly with workers experiencing workplace issues, provide case management, assist with filing complaints and claims, conduct workplace and community outreach, facilitate workers’ rights education, develop worker leaders, and support worker-led organizing and collective action.

The position will also support IWA’s immigration organizing, Know Your Rights education, community outreach, and immigrant-family initiatives.

This full-time position is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of and help lead IWA’s labor program across our service regions.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about workers’ rights, grassroots organizing, immigrant justice, and building worker power.

We’re especially looking for someone who is independent, proactive, and ready to help strengthen and grow IWA’s labor program from improving systems and case-management practices to building relationships with workers and developing opportunities for collective action.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel required
Some evening and weekend availability required
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
