This full-time role involves overseeing daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and driving research and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor laboratory staff, providing expert guidance on analytical techniques and methodologies.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize laboratory workflows.
• Coordinate maintenance and procurement of laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are properly calibrated and functional.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research and development projects.
• Monitor laboratory budgets and resources, optimizing costs without compromising quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field is required.
• Proven expertise in Analytical Chemistry.
• Experience managing laboratory operations or leading scientific teams.
• Familiarity with laboratory software and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Industry-standard certifications in laboratory management are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is desirable.
