Land and Community Relations Officer

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Political Science, or related field.

Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, land acquisition, right-of-way, or external affairs.
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, power, or large-scale construction projects are an advantage.
Experience working with rural communities and government agencies is highly desirable.

Knowledge
Land titles, deeds, and legal documentation
Government permitting and regulatory requirements
Negotiation and conflict resolution techniques
Community dislocation and public engagement
LGU coordination process and regulatory requirements

Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Stakeholder management
Problem-solving and decision-making
Time management and organizational skills
Report writing and documentation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
GIS and mapping are an advantage

Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to work flexible hours when community meetings or negotiations require it.
