Job description
Tasks
- Completing independent quantity takeoffs and building accurate estimates
- Estimating landscape, hardscape, irrigation and lighting projects
- Preparing detailed scopes and proposals in LMN
- Managing cost libraries, production rates and change orders
- Ensuring smooth handoffs from estimating to production
Requirements
- Strong LMN by Granum experience
- Landscape design-build or construction estimating experience
- Excellent plan-reading, pricing and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience building complete estimates from plans and quantity takeoffs
- Solid grasp of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
- Landscape design-build or construction estimating experience strongly preferred
