Key Responsibilities

• Drive & Deliver: Safely operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to various job sites across the Washington DC DMV area.
• Hardscape Construction: Expertly install patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other stone features with precision and care.
• Landscape Excellence: Perform planting, mulching, grading, and site preparation tasks effectively to enhance project quality.
• Machine Operation: Proficiently operate skid steers, excavators, and standard power tools to support landscaping and hardscaping activities.
• Follow & Lead: Execute project instructions from the owner/foreman and maintain exceptional quality standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in landscaping or hardscaping.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in operating landscaping machinery and equipment.
