Landscape Irrigation Construction Labourers

About the role

Ctfarms is seeking dependable, hardworking, and experienced landscape and irrigation labourers for seasonal work estimated to last up to the end of September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Rake, shovel, and move soil, gravel, mulch, and sod using wheelbarrows and hand tools.
• Assemble and lay PVC/poly pipe, and install valves and sprinkler heads.
• Assist with planting trees and shrubs, laying sod, and preparing the ground.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day.
• Assist the site superintendent with other tasks as required.
• Follow safety protocols during all project phases.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or irrigation system installation is required.
• Reliable transportation for a 7:00 am start time.
• Ability to work long hours (10–12 hour days) in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
• A positive attitude and ability to work together as a team.
• Report to work on time and remain fit for duty.
