• Proven experience as a Lash Technician (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Skilled in classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extensions
• Knowledgeable in proper lash isolation techniques and styling mapping based on eye shape
• Trained in lash lift and tint (advantage)
• Strict adherence to sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ability to assess natural lash health and recommend suitable services
