- Applicants must be 24–38 years old and reside in Cebu City, particularly in or near Capitol, Banawa, Labangon, Tisa, Parian, Barrio Luz, Pasil, Mabolo, Lahug, Apas, Guadalupe, Kalunasan, or nearby areas. Applicants residing outside Cebu City will not be considered for an interview.
- Willingness to be assigned on rotation to any of the 4 branches.
