- Applicants must reside in Cebu City, particularly in or near Capitol, Banawa, Labangon, Tisa, Parian, Barrio Luz, Pasil, Mabolo, Lahug, Apas, Guadalupe, Kalunasan, or nearby areas.
- Applicants residing outside Cebu City will not be considered for an interview.
- Willingness to be assigned on rotation to any of the 4 branches.
