About the role
Supporting the protection and commercialization of cutting-edge university innovations.
Tasks
- Conduct legal research on a variety of intellectual property matters
- Perform trademark and patent literature searches
- Draft and review agreements, including CDAs, MTAs, DUAs, and license agreements
- Contribute to other real-world projects involving intellectual property, innovation, and technology commercialization
Requirements
- Must be in your 2nd or 3rd year of law school
- Must be enrolled in an externship course
Schedule
- Must commit to 10 hours per week, including 5 hours in person
