About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Lawn Maintenance Technician to manage and grow our lawn care division. This role requires initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding lawns
- Operating and maintaining irrigation systems including sprinkler turn on/off and installation
- Installing and maintaining mulch and rock landscaping
- Planting and caring for seasonal flower beds and planters
- Performing aeration services
- Applying organic fertilization and weed control treatments
- Providing tree and shrub care
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with lawn maintenance equipment and techniques
Compensation & Benefits
Pay rate: $25 per hour
