Notaria De Vettori is hiring a qualified lawyer for a full-time, permanent, on-site position at its notary office in San Borja, Lima, Peru.

Requirements

• Law degree; licensed and/or admitted to practice.
• Experience performing notarial functions.
• Knowledge and experience in protocol and extra-protocol notarial services.
• Experience handling notarial procedures and applications.
• Strong analytical skills and legal writing ability.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and an effective communicator.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Verifiable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review notarial documents and instruments.
• Assist and guide members of the public on notarial matters.
• Review public deeds, records, and other notarial documents.
• Track notarial applications and procedures.
• Verify documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with the notary office’s various departments.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
