We are looking for an experienced Lead Actimize Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Actimize IFM solutions, AIS/RCM customization, SQL Server, and technical leadership.

🔹 Must-Have Skills
Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of development experience with Actimize IFM solutions.
Strong experience developing customized AIS and RCM components.Good understanding of RCM objects, custom profiles, and AIS/RCM plugins.
Hands-on experience with ActOne and IFM-X installation, configuration, and development.
Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
Experience with solution upgrades, profile migrations, and release management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Rally.
Ability to lead teams, coordinate across multiple teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, including technical specifications, low-level design documents, and release installation instructions.
🔹 Nice to Have:
Java knowledge.Experience with IFM 10.x solutions.
Experience with Cassandra Database.
