- Experienced with 13+ years of experience
- 15+ Years
- Local candidates are preferred
- Agile/Scrum coaching and stakeholder management
- Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives & Backlog Refinement
- Coaching Product Owners and Agile teams
- Removing impediments and managing dependencies
- Agile transformation and continuous improvement
- DevOps, CI/CD, QA/testing and SDLC
- Information Security
- AI-enabled solutions
- Kanban/Scrumban/XP
- Servant leadership and building high-performing teams
- Preferred: PSM/CSM/SAFe certification, enterprise Agile transformation experience, and banking/financial services experience.
