Lead AI Agent Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Foundry and Azure OpenAI
• Build agentic workflows, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop processes
• Develop MCP clients and servers for enterprise integrations
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications and business systems
• Implement authentication, authorization, data protection and Responsible AI guardrails
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Python and/or C#
• Establish reusable AI components, standards and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 8+ Years in Software Engineering / Cloud / Enterprise Integration
• 3+ Years in AI/ML or Generative AI
• Microsoft Azure & Azure OpenAI
• LLM-powered AI Agents / Agentic Workflows
• Microsoft Foundry
• Python and/or C#
• MCP, Function Calling, Tool Integration & API Orchestration
• Vector Search / Azure AI Search
• Identity Management, Access Control & Secrets Management
• AI Security & Responsible AI
• Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills
• Preferred: Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Graph & SharePoint Integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management & Service Bus, Agent Evaluation & LLM Observability, Prompt Injection Mitigation, LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks, Enterprise AI deployments at scale
