Job description
Tasks
- Lead and mentor BA teams and coordinate with onshore/offshore stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in US Benefits Administration or Health Insurance/Payer domain.
- Knowledge of health & welfare plans, eligibility, enrollment, and life events.
- Experience with EDI 834, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and UAT.
