Lead Business (Data & Reporting) Analyst

Tasks

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state/future-state analysis.
• Gather, prioritize, and document business, data, reporting, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Define KPIs, scorecards, business metrics, semantic models, and reporting standards.
• Create epics, user stories, process models, data mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and reporting-quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and BI developers to deliver reporting solutions.
• Lead UAT planning, defect resolution, traceability, and business sign-off.
• Support Agile backlog refinement, release planning, reporting governance, and analyst mentoring.

Requirements

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• SQL & Power BI
• Microsoft Fabric & Databricks
• dbt & Dimensional Modeling
• KPI Definition & Reporting Strategy
• Data Reconciliation & Validation
• UAT, Agile/Scrum & Stakeholder Management
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years supporting or leading reporting and analytics programs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
