Lead Cleaner - Field Trainer

Hands-on Training: Welcome and train our newest team members on our signature cleaning steps, routines, and timing so everyone delivers that 5-star finish! Solo & Team Cleans: Rock your own scheduled cleans with pride when you’re not actively training. Product & Chemical Safety: Teach the proper use of our favorite cleaning products and keep an eye on supply levels so the team never runs out of essentials. Team Up with Leadership: Work directly with our Operations Manager to share progress, celebrate new-hire wins, and keep daily standards on point! Requirements: Your Own Set of Wheels: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to travel across our full service area. A Working Smartphone: To stay in the loop with daily schedules and team group chats. Experience & Good Vibes: Solid background in professional cleaning, a sharp eye for detail, and plenty of patience to cheer on and guide new team members!
