Role: Lead COBOL Programmer
Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Contract)

Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall COBOL/software development experience.
- 10+ years of experience with Visual COBOL V9 or higher architecture and programming.
- 10+ years of expertise in:
- System analysis
- System design
- Coding
- Testing
- Debugging
- System implementation
- 10+ years developing and maintaining complex, mission-critical applications in a Windows-based client-server environment.
- 10+ years leading technical software development teams in planning and deploying software systems.
- 10+ years developing and testing complex COBOL-based business applications using Oracle SQL databases.
- 10+ years Level 3 production support experience.
- 10+ years working directly with business units to develop and review business and technical specifications.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage complex technical assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
