We are looking for an experienced Lead Cyber Security professional to lead security assessments, develop security policies, evaluate security architectures, and protect enterprise systems and sensitive information.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and security risks.
✅ Design and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
✅ Evaluate complex security systems and architectures against industry best practices.
✅ Lead investigations of security incidents and breaches.
✅ Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
✅ Define security requirements and ensure compliance with established standards.
✅ Recommend security solutions and evaluate vendor products.
✅ Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Data Security.
✔️ Strong knowledge of security architecture, networks, software, and hardware.
✔️ Experience with operating systems and computer programming.
✔️ Hands-on experience implementing and configuring network components.
✔️ Strong understanding of information security practices and policies.
✔️ Experience with relational databases.
✔️ Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
⭐ CISSP certification.
⭐ Experience leading security projects, mentoring teams, and advising stakeholders.
📌 Additional Requirements:
Must be comfortable working onsite in Austin, TX.
May require shift work and weekend availability.
